A manager, especially a project manager, is responsible for the entire project, and therefore any good manager takes all the blame and none of the credit. - 1 Year ago

team manager should of been fired, oh well guess i'll get to watch him get fired next week BEW - 1 Year ago

Do not understand how SLG could 'Fire' Daniel when he was not 'Hired' in the very first place. - 1 Year ago

If Daniel didn't work in the industry, would he still have been fired??? Would the project manager have checked the work if Daniel wasn't in the industry?? Terry was pathetic in his choice last night! - 1 Year ago

Take a cue from the "real world"- with greater authority (and more pay *wink*) comes greater responsibility. The PM should have been fired.Ultimately a good leader does not blame his subordinates but takes responsibility for his own oversights anyway. - 1 Year ago

I think that the other guy should hav been fired as he couldnt accept any "responsibility" for anything that had happened, he was quite happy to push everything on to the others when he was the manager.he should have double checked. - 1 Year ago

i agree with SLG yes daniel is very talented and very creative but however daniel works in the marketing industry everyday and he should of picked up on the slogan error but i fell terry should of fired david not daniel danielle - 1 Year ago

I think it was down to the project leader to accept the blame for the loss Stuart - 1 Year ago

Daniel is extremely talented, loved the advert, however I do agree with Terry's statement regarding his experience. Its imperative do do your research before writing a script. The whole ad although entertaining was unfortunately a wasted effort. SLG - 1 Year ago

Even though he was not the PM he was a "technical lead" who the PM should be able to rely on to tick all the boxes in his skill area. Daniel missed a major "tick" and added insult to injury by mentioning their competitor during the presentation. Joanna Davenport - 1 Year ago

The team leader had the responsibility to check and ask these questions so I feel they fired the wrong person - 1 Year ago

The PM should have been made responsible - he was really shifting the blame. And it was contrary to previous decisions made by Terry, he usually plonks on the Project Manager. They lost a really talented man by getting rid of Daniel. SuzNZ - 1 Year ago

I thought the advert Athena team made was more classy and the other advert was tacky and not classy at all. Daniel was one of my favourites as he had integrity and passion and I believe the arrogant and smug team leader should have been fired - 1 Year ago
